Protect your investment with accidental damage coverage for your High Society inflatable. Our accidental puncture protection extends coverage for 3 years from the date of receipt, giving you added peace of mind beyond the standard manufacturers warranty. 

If damage occurs during normal use, we’ll work with you to find the best solution and get you back on the water as quickly as possible.

How It Works

In the event of accidental damage, our team will evaluate the issue and determine the most appropriate next step:

• If a repair is practical and safe, we’ll take care of it.

• If repair isn’t the right solution, a replacement may be provided instead.

Our goal is a simple, low-stress resolution.

What’s Covered

• Accidental punctures

• Rips, tears, burns, and impact-related damage

• Coverage applies to the inflatable product and included accessories

• Straightforward claims and responsive support

What’s Not Covered

• Loss or theft

• Cosmetic wear from normal use

• Damage caused by misuse or intentional actions

• Coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser

Eligibility & Purchase Window

Accident Protection can be added:

• At checkout, or

• Within 30 days of your original purchase

Eligible Products

• All High Society and Paddle North inflatable products qualify for accident protection

• Coverage applies to one product per protection plan

• Each plan provides 3 years of accident protection from the delivery date
