Operation of refer-a-friend programme


ACTIVITIES 
Processing customer email addresses, phone numbers and certain order data for the purposes of:

  • Enrolling customers onto our refer-a-friend program; 
  • Monitoring the program and safeguarding against gaming or fraudulent use of the program; 
  • Communicating with customers in connection with operation of the program and delivery of rewards; 
  • Reporting to CEO on the performance of the program

High Society will never utilize your personal information in any way and never shares or sells your e-mail address or other personal information to other companies. No information is collected about you unless you apply for registration or make an online purchase, or send. “Cookies” (small bits of text that your web browser software stores on your computer when you visit certain websites) are used by us only to allow you to use High Society's website in the most efficient manner.

E-MAIL

High Society will only send e-mails to you if you ask for them and you can easily unsubscribe at any time you want.  High Society also uses your e-mail address to confirm your order and to confirm shipment of your order and to respond to any inquiries you make on-line. 

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Use HighSocietyFreeride.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Although we do not specifically direct its web site to children, High Society strives to provide children with as much customer service as possible without violating their privacy rights. For their protection, High Society asks that anyone under 14 years of age not attempt to  provide High Society with any personal information without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
