Warranty

High Society Freeride Company skis and snowboards are warranted one year from date of purchase against manufacturer defects. The warranty applies only to High Society products purchased from Authorized High Society Dealers and is valid for the original purchaser only. High Society products bought at auctions, close-out/outlet websites, ODAT or discount sites such as Ebay, etc. do not include any warranty. The warranty is for the original purchaser of the product from an authorized retailer. Alteration of High Society products will void warranty. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to any other person. If you think your High Society Snowboard or Ski is defective, return it with receipt to original place of purchase. If your snowboard or ski was purchased directly from High Society, please contact us for return authorization instructions. No High Society products will be accepted for warranty review without a return authorization number. High Society Dealers are not authorized to make any warranty evaluations. We are not bound by any statements made by those dealers. High Society Freeride Company is not responsible for shipping costs. After inspection HSFC may repair, replace, or send back the ski/snowboard depending on the case in question. Any ski/snowboard that is repaired or given as a replacement under this warranty shall be warranted for only the remainder of the original warranty.

High Society Freeride Company LLC's only responsibility shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. High Society Freeride Company LLC will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss or use of product.

Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:

  • Damage caused by impact with rocks, tree stumps, rails, or any surface other than snow
  • Skis mounted more than once. More than one recognizable mount voids this Warranty.
  • Peeling, chipping, scratching, or any indentations in topsheet
  • Damage caused by backseat landings, falls, or crashes
  • Damage caused by improper mounting or adjustment of the bindings, including bindings pulling out of the ski.
  • Minor base irregularities
  • Issues related to skis mounted with tele bindings, HS skis are recommended for Alpine use
  • Graphic fading or discoloring, if due to misuse or neglect
  • Gamage caused by the handling of the product by some person or entity other than High Society Freeride Company
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect
  • Additional inserts/modifications on snowboards
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Any and all claims for consequential or incidental damages

All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt from an Authorized High Society Freeride Company LLC Dealer. Invoice or charge receipt must clearly identify the dealer. Hand written receipts are not accepted.

High Society Freeride Company LLC's product is not covered by any verbal warranties.

ROCK DAMAGE AND ANY OTHER IMPACT RELATED DAMAGE INCLUDING DAMAGE CAUSED BY RAILS AND OTHER URBAN FEATURES IS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY.
